CHAMPAGNE, ALSACE CHRISTMAS MARKETS, & BURGUNDY
This tour is a wonderful combination of 3 regions of France before Christmas time. You will do some wine tastings, eat local products, visit very famous sites, and also discover the wonderful markets of Alsace at Christmas. The selection of hotels and castles are only 4-star luxe. This tour is limited to only 6 persons.
Day 1: (Saturday)
 Arrival in CDG airport in Paris, transfer directly to your 4-star hotel . Bilingual driver waiting for you right after customs.
Check in your hotel.
Lunch at the Eiffel tower. City tour of Paris.
Evening on your own, night at your hotel.
Day 2: (Sunday)
Breakfast
Visit a place where brie cheese is produced.
Visit Chateau Thierry (American WW1 sites). Lunch on your own.
Drive to REIMS.
Check in the famous 4-star luxe chateau hotel and restaurant of Gérard Boyer, famous French chef, "Les Crayéres".
Gastronomic dinner and night at this castle.
Day 3: (Monday)
Breakfast
City tour of Reims and visit to the famous cathedral there.
Lunch break. (lunch not included).
Afternoon visit of Epernay and champagne cellars.
Return to the castle. Dinner at "les cayéres" in the castle.
Day 4: (Tuesday)
Breakfast
Check out of the castle and drive to Alsace.
Visit of Verdun war memorials, Maginot line (WW1). Lunch on your own. Bacarat crystal factory.
Check in your hotel in Colmar. "la maison des têtes" famous XVII century house, 4-star hotel. Dinner at your hotel in Colmar.
Day 5: (Wednesday)
Breakfast
A full day shopping on the christmas markets of Colmar. Free time on your own. Lunch on your own.
Return to your hotel in Colmar. Dinner at your hotel.
Day 6: (Thursday)
Breakfast
Alsace wine tasting with visits of Riquwhir and Strasbourg. Lunch on your own.
Hotel and night in Colmar.
Day: 7 (Friday)
Breakfast
Check out of your hotel in Colmar.
Go to Belfort, Dole (wine tastings), and Dijon (mustard, wine and spice bread tastings in Dijon) Lunch on your own.
Check in at the castle of Gilly near Dijon.
Dinner and night at the castle of Gilly. In Burgundy.
Day 8: (Saturday)
Breakfast. Check out the castle of Gilly.
Visit of the famous clos vougeot cellars in Burgundy with tastings.
Lunch on your own.
Drive to Paris. Stop at the castle of Fontainebleau.
Check in your hotel in Paris. Evening on your own.
Day 9: (Sunday)
Breakfast
Transportation to CDG airport.
Cost of this tour, which is limited to 6 persons, per person as listed is €4,225. Land services only in France, your airline tickets are not included. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.
