4 days of cooking classes in Provence with our Chef.
Program for cooking classes:
shopping for food with your chef at local markets.
Practical classes & initiation to the cuisine of Provence.
Cooking of dinners & lunches prepared according to wines.
Discovery of Provence flavors and herbs.
Visits of local olive oil production, wineries, and pick up of herbs in the Provence fields.
Truffle cooking in the winter. (December only)
Tour is departing with a minimum of 4 persons. Cost per person with double room sharing is €2,415. Cost per person in single room is €2,625.
