CHAMPAGNE & LOIRE VALLEY TOUR

After touring for 2 days in Paris, you will visit these 2 wine regions of France with your guide. You will be charmed by the small villages of Champagne and the beautiful castle country of France, the Loire valley. This escorted tour is limited to 6 persons.

Day 1: (Saturday)

Arrival in CDG airport in Paris, morning arrival, transfer directly to your 4-star hotel. Limousine service with bilingual driver waiting for you right after clearing customs.

Check in your hotel centrally located in Paris. (click here to see hotels)

Meet your guide and chauffeured transport at your hotel, your guide will take you directly for lunch on the first floor of the Eiffel tower.

Afternoon, tour of the city of Paris.

Return to your hotel, evening on your own.

Day 2: Paris (Sunday)

Breakfast.

After breakfast, go to the Louvre museum for a private visit , private access, no line. Entrance tickets will be taken in advance.

Then, your guide will take you to Versailles, you will have a lunch in the park at the castle.

Return to Paris.

Evening dinner cruise on the Seine river with transfers R/T included.

Day 3: Champagne (Monday)

Today you will have a full day tour of the region of Champagne (1 hour from Paris). You will reach first the city of REIMS and visit the cathedral.

Lunch on your own.

Afternoon, visit of cellars of Champagne, and Epernay complete with wine tastings.

Return to your hotel in Paris. Evening on your own.

Day 4: Alsace (Tuesday)

Breakfast

Full day in Paris, you will go to Montmartre and visit the wine museum. Also the famous vineyard of Montmartre.

Lunch in Montmartre.

Afternoon, visit of the "old Paris", Ile de la Cité, Ile Saint Louis, Le Marais.

Return to your hotel.

Evening on your own. (you will leave early the next day)

Day 5: Paris to Loire valley (Wednesday)

After breakfast, your guide will drive you to the Loire valley with a stop in Chartres to visit the spectacular cathedral there.

Lunch on your own, and free time.

Afternoon, visit of the castle of Chambord.

Arrive at your castle, the 4-star castle, Pray in Amboise. Check in and enjoy dinner that evening.

Day 6: Loire Valley (Thursday)

Breakfast at the castle Pray.

Full day of discovery of the Loire valley. City tour of Amboise and then visit of the castle of Chenonceau, one of the most beautiful castles of the region. Lunch.

Afternoon, visit of cellars in Vouvray and wine tastings.

Return to the castle, evening and dinner at the castle.

Day 7: Loire Valley (Friday)

Breakfast, then a full day of visit of the south Loire valley. Visit of the castle of Azay le rideau, and the gardens of Villandry. Lunch on your own.

Afternoon, visit of the cellars of Chinon, and Saumur complete with wine tastings.

Evening at your castle with dinner.

Day: 8 Loire Valley to Paris (Saturday)

Breakfast

Balloon flight early morning (optional)

Return to Paris after checking out of your castle, your guide will drive you through little villages.

Check in your 4-star hotel in Paris.

Day: 9 (Sunday)

Breakfast

Transportation to CDG airport.

Cost of this tour, which is limited to 6 persons, per person as listed is €3,250 without balloon flight and €3,500 with balloon flight. Land services only in France, your airline tickets are not included. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.
